Well I took the big chop in October 2017 and trying to find the right oil to help me manage my hair journey wasn’t easy, and affordability was another issue.

Am a banker and am glad I have been able to find a balance in both my work. That one I cannot
take it for granted.
What was the catalyst in your natural products journey?
Finding quality yet affordable packaging materials for our products hasn’t been an easy journey; I
would say this is one of our main hindrance.
How would you describe your signature look?
Sheek with a touch of class
Why is it important for skin care products to be organic?
In this modern day, a lot of products are mixed with chemicals that are harmful to us, if not at the moment then it has future repercussions, and truth be told most consumers don’t take their time to
understand the chemicals used on the products and know safe or harmful are they to their bodies.
How important are the ingredients in skin care products?
Having the right ingredient determines the quality of the product, which results in having non harmful products in the market
What’s a skin care secret that you wish more people knew?
Find a skin care product that works for your skin or hair. We all have a unique skin and hair
How important do you think it is for people to have a regular skin care regimen?
So that we take care of our skin just like any other body part or organ, making sure it’s healthy and youthful
Why should anyone use your service or product?
We are pocket friendly and not just that but our products quality isn’t compromised any process.
Our oils are premium and organic.
You started working in the beauty industry several years ago, how has the industry changed since
you began?
I have to admit a lot of products are available now than before, everyone is bringing in products that they feel lacks in the market in terms of affordability and natural ingredients being used. But there is room for more possibilities even in the years to come
Any plans to come up with new products line?
Most certainly, and am exited in a couple of months we will be launching hair oil, shampoo and conditioner and face wash bars. Plus some body butter, so that our clients can enjoy a wide range of hair and skin care collection, and so many other products.
What is your brand philosophy?
Natural, pure and therapeutic
What are 5 most popular beauty products you use?

Since October 2017 and I have enjoyed the journey ever since
Which element of your job do you most enjoy?
Mostly doing a lot of research on the products and getting to learn what lacks in the market
What is beauty for you?
Being true to yourself and feeling confident and comfortable.
What are your 5 beauty do’s and don’ts?
Do’s: eating enough fruits and vegetables, taking some time and relaxing, less sugar in one’s
diet. Don’ts: constantly touching your face, popping pimples.
Does everyone look better with beauty products?
This is a personal choice and as long as you as an individual is happy, then indulge yourself.
If you turn up at a show/shoot and the model has terrible skin, what do you do?
I would understand her skin type for a start then moisturize her skin evenly….
What inspires you today?
My business, Zuni care….
When one welcomes a new born, there are mixed emotions. You are happy, at the same time you question yourself if you will be a good parent, and as your child grows up you get to experience their first steps, the first words they utter and you gut tells you, you are on the right track and you learn on how to be a better parent even when you make mistakes.
I feel Zuni care is my child …
Beauty Instagram profiles have become a major influence to the beauty industry, but you keep
yours quite personal, how important social platforms are for you?
One thing I have learned with social media is that, the following that one has does not generate to
sales.. for Zuni care we are glade it has worked out well for us…. and it’s a modern way of one to
market themselves to a wide audience and other than letting them know that you exist, its helps in
keeping the conversation going on….
Do you have any tips or advice for aspiring entrepreneur seeking to venture in organics products?
Do a lot of research and understand what you want to offer to the market, how the product works and its benefits. Know your source of your products well enough especially the food grade.
Share with us 3 random facts about you that very few people know!
I don’t shop a lot on shoes and bags; I love cooking and doing deco
What’s the biggest piece of advice you can give to other women looking to start-up?
Start with the capital that you have no matter how little you might think it is and learn along the
way. There is no better time to start than the moment you thing you should.
