– 10-12 green bananas (matooke)
– Water

2. Luwombo (Meat Stew):

– 1 kg meat (beef, chicken, or goat), cubed
– 2 onions, chopped
– 2 tomatoes, chopped

– 2 cups groundnuts (peanuts), roasted and ground
– 500g beef or chicken, diced
